Not Good In Town
I’m so sorry to tell here that Pancake House @ Karamunsing is not a cool place for me. Sorry for the harsh words. I don’t know after this it will affecting Pancake House customer in the future but yeah I want to tell the truth. This is my own experience and opinion.
Last night we had our dinner there..light dinner I should say. We ordered Coffee (RM4.80), Strawberry Milkshake (RM6.80) & Taco Taco the best in town (RM12.80). For the price wise, ermm a bit expensive for me actually. But both of us just wanted to try them.
The order and the excited face of us dine-in in a new place.
The beverages is OK but ….after 10 minutes we have not received our order. Memang mau melenting suda saya. Can you imagine I almost finished my milkshake and the Taco have not arrived. So for the service I give 1/5. Lama betul. I wondered why they take so long to prepare for the Taco..only few tables occupied actually and not so busy there.
So we only received our order after more than 15 minutes waiting. Finally.

So for the Taco I give 2/5. Why?
- Really hard to eat..Why? Ah time makan tu kan the crucnhy pembalut jatuh2 bah dari mulut. I prefer a softer pembalut like a roti canai.
- I should say this is a cold Taco. Oh I don’t have any idea about Taco..is the filling should be served coldly? All the veggies filling were cold. Haizzz..Saya mau suam punya mah baru sedap!
- Expensive..RM12.80 for 2 small pcs? Huh
And our dinner last night really reminds me of my lunch yesterday. Rice with chicken and spicy mango. For RM6 only. If I compare those..I go for rice chicken and spicy mango. So how about you? Any experience like mine?

sya baru ja mau try daa pigi makan sana..sbab teringin betul makan pancake. hmm no idea at all about taco specification lah.. x pa la.. thanks for sharing! at least nanti sya x order taco yg x sadap tu hehe

RM12.80 for that much? Rugi owhhh. Suda lah sikit and indah kabar dari rupa. Thanks for the info sis. At least I have 2nd thought before masuk sana

memng bh chii mahal betul BIG NO dari sia suda..tu lab kan kalau curios betul kan..memng tidak worth
huwaaa baru mau plan pi makan sana sebab kepingin mau try tu pancake dorang…tapi kalo tu taco suda belas2 ringgit..apatah lagi tu pancake ..mesti cekik leher punya harga ni kan…tapi kalo kena belanja..sa pigi juga la wakakaaka (buruk oh kan perangai)

quite expensive o kan for small 2 pieces. Saya paling x suka kalo service lambat n itu pekerja langsung x say sorry or menampakkan kesalahan pd wajah dorang. selalu dorng buat muka donno ja..

Hi Beaty, I guess there’ll always be those restaurants with exceptional service and some lacking.
And to have one unhappy customer, is one too many, for the simple reason, we all, include me will sooner or later mention about the unpleasant experience.
This I do not blame the staff, I blame the boss or owners, who are blind or don’t do a walk-around. A good restaurant manager should apart from doing a regular walk around be observant
Yes, I too have experienced some bad service restaurants, and they never see my shadow again.
Never mind Beaty, there’ll always be ones you’ll be happy to go to.

I can consider if all table were fully occupied but only a few tables occupied actually. That make me hot. For taco, I think this is a simple dish can be prepared within 5 minutes.
Yeah for this Manager is the one who blind did not deliver his/her job. And will not visit this place. Never ..for the price wise also..Never!

1st time dulu pun sy prnh minta ni taco,haiya mmg sy x suka la.tp saja mau try pancake dorg kn ari tu,jd pigi la knun.Huh,lama jg 2.paling pelik klu x ramai customer pun lmbt dorg serve.2 ja la,mahal kan.

mmg mau hot suda sa tu for the slow service ..ada juga dulu sa bediri ja..nasib baik lum bayar..sebab sangatlah lambat
i ate there one, just ordered pancakes..yeah the service was really slow..but thank goodness the pancakes were tasty…hehe…but still, late serving is a big No-No..

ah..slow service is a big noo bagi sia..inda mau suda p sana waupun sedap..c mau bazir masa mau p sna..
me n hubby pernah suda p mkn d sana.. ok ja kami masa tu.. makanan pun kena served cepat ja.. kami ada order taco sama tu grilled chicken.. Ok ja..sedap ja tu makanan LOL..
Itu grilled chicken mmg sedap.. but I hv to admit, itu Taco mmg mcm lain2 rasa dia..LOL..
Sian kamu beaty..maybe ngam2 timing nda bagus masa kamu p sana. Dorang terlupa or malas2 time suda drg mau served masa tu..
But as Uncle Lee said, there’ll always ones you be happy to go in the future.:)
